The Project
An end-to-end business intelligence project analyzing historical sales data for a simulated product launch scenario at Adventure Works, a global bicycle manufacturer.
Using Power BI, I transformed raw sales data into executive-level insights focused on product performance, customer behavior, pricing strategy, and launch prioritization. The analysis explored revenue trends, order quality, product demand concentration, and customer purchasing patterns to support data-driven business decisions.
The project involved data cleaning, KPI creation, exploratory analysis, and dashboard development, with a focus on communicating actionable insights clearly and effectively.
The project also involved evaluating dataset limitations and understanding how incomplete or constrained data impacts business interpretation and decision-making.
